Madison Lintz is a popular American actress who gained much fame as a child actress for her role in the horror drama television series ‘The Walking Dead’. Her portrayal of the character Sophia Peletier in the highly popular series made Madison a well-known child actress of the 2010s. For this role, the little girl was nominated for a Young Artist Award in the category Best Performance in a TV Series – Supporting Young Actress. Born to an actress mother, Madison was exposed to the glitz and glamor of the show biz world at a young age. Her mom introduced her to the field of acting when the girl was just six years old. Literally growing up in front of the camera, it did not take long for her to blossom into a confident performer. She began her career by doing commercials and first gained notice when one of her commercials for a national Golden Corral spot was aired all over the United States. When she was 11 years old, she was selected to play the role of Sophia in the television series ‘The Walking Dead.’ The success of the series led to other acting offers and soon she ventured into films as well, playing supporting roles in the movies ‘Parental Guidance’ and ‘After.’
