The song has been certified platinum in the US and Australia and 4× platinum in Canada.

Irish-Canadian actor Amybeth McNulty is best known for her performances as Anne Shirley in the CBC/Netflix series Anne with an E, an adaptation of the 1908 Lucy Maud Montgomery novel Anne of Green Gables. She will be seen in a lead role in the thriller Maternal. She is openly bisexual.
