Renowned for his creative and unique guitar playing style, Tom Morello was ranked among the 100 Greatest Guitarists of All Time by Rolling Stone magazine.
Jazz and country guitarist Les Paul developed his version of the solid-body electric guitar, which he named the Log. He is also credited with pioneering innovations such as multitrack recording, the eight-track tape recorder, and overdubbing. He won the Special Merit/Technical Grammy Award for his achievements.

Ronnie Wood is a musician and songwriter. Over the years, Wood has been an important member of popular rock bands like the Rolling Stones, Jeff Beck Group, and Faces. He is one of the few musicians to be inducted twice into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. A cancer survivor, Wood serves as an inspiration to those fighting cancer.
Paul Weller is an English musician and singer-songwriter best known for his work with the popular band, The Jam. Referred to as The Modfather, Weller played a significant role during the mod revival of the 1970s and 1980s. In 2006, he was honored with the Brit Award under the Outstanding Contribution to Music category.









Hank Williams Jr. is a musician and singer-songwriter. Although he initially gained fame for imitating his father Hank Williams' style, he later established his own style, winning several awards like Grammy Awards. Nils Lofgren, the lead guitarist for Bruce Springsteen's E-Street Band, had also been part of Crazy Horse, Neil Young's backing band. He had also formed his own band, Grin. While he mastered the accordion at 5 and learned the guitar and the piano by 15, he was also a talented gymnast.



Tommy Emmanuel is an Australian guitarist. He started early, becoming a professional musician at the age of six! He initially played with his family band. After the death of his father, he became a part of country music star Buddy Williams’ band. As a young man, he played for many bands and also pursued a solo career.








João Gilberto was a Brazilian guitarist, singer, and songwriter. He is best remembered as a pioneer of bossa nova and is sometimes referred to as the father of bossa nova. In 1965, his collaborative album Getz/Gilberto received three Grammy Awards including Album of the Year. In 2001, he was made an inductee of the International Latin Music Hall of Fame.


Mike Porcaro was an American bass player best remembered for his association with the popular rock band Toto. Porcaro's career was cut short by motor neuron disease as he was forced to retire from touring, in 2007. He died at the age of 59 from complications that stemmed up from motor neuron disease.

Kiko Loureiro is a Brazilian guitarist best known for his association with several heavy metal bands such as Megadeth and Angra. In 2017, he and his Megadeth band members received the Grammy Award for Best Metal Performance for their song Dystopia. Kiko Loureiro is renowned for his guitaring techniques such as two handed tapping, alternate picking, and sweep picking.
