Cleo Demetriou is a Cypriot actress best known for her portrayal of Matilda Wormwood in Matilda the Musical, which was staged at the Cambridge Theatre from 2011 to 2012. Her performance in the musical earned her a Laurence Olivier Award in 2012. In 2018, she won the British Academy Children's Award for playing Lily Hampton in the series So Awkward.

Cyprus-born Australian performance artist Stelarc uses his body as a medium. He has used surgeries, prosthetic additions, electric muscle stimulators, robotics, and fleshhook suspensions to come up with pathbreaking art pieces such as Ear on Arm. He also often collaborates with fellow Australian artist Nina Sellars.

Greek filmmaker Michael Cacoyannis is best remembered for his Academy Award-nominated film Zorba the Greek. Born to a public servant father who was knighted for his work, in Cyprus, he initially studied law and then joined the BBC World Service. He had also performed on stage as Michael Yannis.

Michail Pervolarakis is a professional tennis player. Apart from ATP Tours, Pervolarakis also plays at the Davis Cup where he represents Greece, although he was born in Cyprus. A star player at the collegiate level, Michail Pervolarakis was named WCC player of the year twice in a row. 

Greek Cypriot singer Constantinos Christoforou was still studying when he released his first CD single, Tora pou milas. He later soared to fame with Eurovision, where he represented Cyprus and churned out hits such as Ela Ela. He was also part of One, the first boy band of both Greece and Cyprus.
