Irish YouTuber, Jacksepticeye, has gained massive online fame with his vlogs and comedic Let's Play series. His channel was the most-subscribed Irish channel as of December 2020. He began his YouTube career by posting gameplay videos and gained millions of subscribers within a few years. He is a philanthropist and often raises money for charitable causes.

Markiplier is a gamer-commentator, comedian, YouTuber, and actor. One of the most popular American YouTubers, Markiplier is also an entrepreneur; he is credited with co-founding Cloak, a clothing company. He also participates in fundraisers and charity live streams, often raising thousands of dollars for charity.

George Miller, also known as Joji and Filthy Frank,  is a Japanese singer-songwriter, record producer, author, and comedian. He began his career in the entertainment industry through his many now-defunct YouTube channels. After gaining fame as a social media personality, he retired his channels to focus on his mainstream musical career. He now produces R&B and Trip-Hop music. 

Brent Rivera is an American actor and YouTuber. He achieved popularity when he played Issac Salcedo in Hulu's Light as a Feather. Rivera also has millions of followers on YouTube and other social media platforms. In 2019, he received a Teen Choice Award nomination for Male Internet Star. In 2020, Brent Rivera won the Streamy Award for Most Influencing Creator.

Slovakia-born David Dobrik lives in America and is a very popular social media personality. His humorous videos on YouTube are a raging hit, especially among teenagers and the youth and his followers are in millions. He initially gained recognition as a teenager through six-second video clips on the now-defunct social media app Vine. 

Kimberly Loaiza is a Mexican singer, social media influencer, and YouTuber. Her self-titled YouTube channel, where she posts a variety of interesting videos, currently has more than 30 million subscribers. Loaiza, who is also popular on the video-sharing social networking service TikTok, is currently the 16th most-followed TikToker in the world.

Queen Naija is an American YouTuber, singer, and songwriter. She is one of the many internet personalities to have established a career in the mainstream entertainment industry after having garnered fame as a YouTuber. However, unlike many YouTubers, Naija first gained prominence when she competed in the 13th season of American Idol.

Lele Pons is one of the many internet stars who started their journey on the now-defunct service, Vine. After becoming the first person to reach one billion loops on Vine, Pons started branching out and created comedy sketches for YouTube. She has since used her popularity to establish herself in the mainstream entertainment industry, appearing in films and TV series.

Roman Atwood is an American social media star, YouTuber, and prankster. Atwood is renowned for his vlogs and has a separate vlogging channel named RomanAtwoodVlogs. Roman Atwood was the second YouTuber to earn two Diamond Play Buttons after Germán Garmendia. In 2015, he won the Streamy Award for Brand Campaign. In 2016, he won the Shorty Award for YouTube Comedian.   

Charles Marvin Green Jr., better known as Angry Grandpa, was a popular American YouTube celebrity who soared to fame with his pranks on the channels TheAngryGrandpaShow and Grandpa's Corner. Initially a firefighter and a small business owner, he later appeared on shows such as TruTV's Most Shocking and MTV's Pranked.

Chinese-Australian YouTuber Wengie has earned a phenomenally huge fan base on YouTube with her DIY, beauty, fashion, and prank videos. She has also experimented with music, releasing tracks such as Baby Believe Me. She also manages a channel that is exclusively dedicated to content related to her two cats. 

Jake Paul, the American YouTuber, rose to fame on the now-defunct video application Vine and later when he acted in the television series Bizaardvark. Controversies engaging in risky and inappropriate stunts for YouTube content, criminal trespass and unlawful assembly have surrounded him frequently. He has also taken part in boxing matches at a professional level.

Joana Ceddia is a Brazilian-Canadian vlogger, YouTuber, and former competitive runner and swimmer. She won an OFSAA gold medal in competitive school swimming before an injury ended her swimming and running career. Best known for her ironic and quirky sense of humor, Ceddia has received nominations for prestigious awards, such as Shorty Award and Streamy Award.

English YouTuber and musician Amin Mohamed, better known as Chunkz, soared to fame as a member of the YouTube collaborative group Beta Squad. He has also co-hosted The Aphetor Games and #SaturdaySocial. He has also worked on a voice app and released tracks such as Clean Up.

Inanna Sarkis is a Canadian actress and social media personality. She is best known for her portrayal of Molly Samuels in the 2019 romantic drama film, After. She has also released a couple of non-album singles, namely No Beauty in War and Best You'll Ever Have.

Dutch makeup artist and beauty vlogger, Nikkie De Jager, gained online popularity in 2015 after one of her videos went viral. She has been uploading videos on YouTube since 2008 and has millions of followers. She signed to Colourfool Agency in 2011 and began her career as a professional makeup artist. She launched her own eyeshadow palette in 2020.

British YouTuber Elizabeth Dwyer, better known by her pseudonym, Lizzie LDShadowLady, is best known for her gaming videos. She soared to fame with her Minecraft single-player series Shadowcraft. She was also part of The Pixel Pact. Though openly bisexual, she is married to fellow YouTuber Joel Smallishbeans.

Zoella is a British social media personality, author, and entrepreneur. After achieving popularity as a YouTuber, Zoella launched her own brand called Zoella Beauty in 2014. The same year, she also made her debut as a writer with the release of her novel Girl Online. Over the course of her career, Zoella has won several awards, including Teen Choice Awards.

Pokimane is an award-winning Twitch streamer and an important member of an online social entertainment group called OfflineTV. An inspiration to gamers across the world, Pokimane is part of an online gaming revolution which is likely to have a major impact in future. Her popularity as a Twitch streamer and YouTuber earned her a cameo in the film Free Guy.

Bretman Rock is a Filipino-American social media personality and beauty influencer. An internet sensation, Rock posted a contouring video in 2016, which took several social media platforms by storm. An openly gay influencer, Bretman Rock graced Gay Times' Pride Month cover in June 2019. In 2021, he started appearing in his own reality TV show, MTV's Following: Bretman Rock.

Naz Norris is a young YouTube star. She is a featured member of the family YouTube channel The Norris Nuts, run by her parents, Brooke and Justin Norris. She often appears on the channel alongside her parents and siblings,  Sabre, Biggy, Sockie, Disco, and Charm Norris. 

Cristine Rotenberg is a Canadian social media star known for her pioneering YouTube nail art channel, Simply Nailogical. She is known for her innovative content such as painting a car with nail polish. She has also launched her own vegan nail polish brand, Holo Taco. A self-proclaimed holosexual, she loves holographic things.

American actor, comedian, and YouTuber Grayson Bailey Dolan is best known for his collaborative content created with his brother, Ethan Dolan, as part of the duo Dolan Twins. In early 2021, the twins announced they were quitting YouTube. Grayson is an avid wrestler and an animal lover.

Better known as the sister of Canadian pop star Johnny Orlando, Lauren Orlando is a well-known YouTuber. Known primarily for her vlogs, she was also cast in the Brat series Total Eclipse and the film Next Level. Her initial posts featured Johnny frequently. She and her sister, Maddie, host the podcast The Sister Diary.

Hayes Grier is an American social media influencer, TV personality, and author. He came into prominence after posting interesting videos on Vine. Grier became a household name in the US, when he competed in Dancing With The Stars in 2015. The following year, Hayes Grier released his debut novel titled Hollywood Days with Hayes.

ItsYeBoi is a Canadian social media influencer and marketer. He is best known for posting amusing videos on his YouTube channel. He is credited with co-founding a trading cards store called Copped Cards. ItsYeBoi is also credited with co-founding a music festival called E.L.E. Festival.

TomSka is a British content creator, vlogger, filmmaker, and actor. He is best known for writing, producing, directing, and starring in his animated web-series and live-action sketch comedy YouTube videos. TomSka is also credited with creating short films for Comedy Central. In 2012, he established a media production company called TurboPunch Ltd.

British YouTuber Darren Black, better known by his online pseudonym, Daz Black, has soared to fame with his gaming and reaction videos, the latter known as Daz Watches, or Daz Reacts To, videos. He began his online career with Vine, where he gained popularity with his comedy sketches.

Josh Tryhane is a Canadian social media personality and YouTuber. He is best known for posting funny videos based on a variety of topics like relationships and sketches on his YouTube channel. A tech-savvy person, Josh Tryhane has a separate YouTube channel where he reviews cars and latest gadgets.  

Dutch YouTube sensation Jordi van den Bussche has gained immense fame with his gaming channel, Kwebbelkop, where he mostly uploads GTA-5-related content. He was initially part of a YouTube trio named Robust and had also collaborated with YouTuber Hassan to manage the channel Tiger. He previously dated fellow gamer Azzyland.

British YouTuber Kate Elisabeth was just 11 when she launched her first YouTube channel and 15 when she posted her first video. Known for her boarding school vlogs that documented her stay at Hurtwood House, she has also posted several make-up tutorials and a lot of lifestyle and travel content.

Caleb Logan Leblanc was an American social media personality. He is best remembered for appearing on his family YouTube channel, Bratayley. Caleb Logan Leblanc passed away at the age of 13 due to a condition called Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy. His funeral was live-streamed by his family. 

Initially a personal trainer, British YouTube star Jack Maynard later shot to fame with his challenges, vlogs, and comedy clips. He has also appeared on reality shows such as Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins, has hosted shows such as Wake Up With…, and worked as a DJ and musician, too.

American YouTube star Zoie Fenty, better known by his online moniker, GotDamnZo, soared to fame with his entertaining comedy videos and mukbang challenges. He has also been immensely popular on Instagram, Vine, and YouNow. He was once nominated for a BET Social LMAO! Award.

Canadian YouTube sensation Landon Dowlatsingh is best known for his channel LandonProduction. While he initially studied architecture, he dropped out later to focus on a full-time social media career. He also manages the channels InformOverload and MostAmazingTop10 and mostly posts content on trending topics and news.
