One of the most popular American YouTubers, Markiplier is also an entrepreneur; he is credited with co-founding Cloak, a clothing company. He also participates in fundraisers and charity live streams, often raising thousands of dollars for charity.

Irish YouTuber, Jacksepticeye, has gained massive online fame with his vlogs and comedic Let's Play series. His channel was the most-subscribed Irish channel as of December 2020. He began his YouTube career by posting gameplay videos and gained millions of subscribers within a few years. He is a philanthropist and often raises money for charitable causes.

Mark Rober is an American educator, inventor, engineer, and YouTuber. He is best known for posting videos on do-it-yourself gadgets and popular science on his YouTube channel. Prior to establishing himself as a YouTuber, Rober worked with NASA for nine years. In 2022, Mark Rober guest hosted the popular TV talk show, Jimmy Kimmel Live!

In 2015, Daniel Middleton was named among the world's most popular YouTubers by viewership. He has also received several Kids' Choice Awards.

The high-school drop-out who had joined his family’s construction business, later won the internet with his Fortnite video-game commentaries and for his catchphrases such as "Yeeet" and "Carry me my son."

FaZe Rug is an American social media personality and YouTuber. He is best known for producing challenges, vlogs, pranks, and gaming videos on YouTube. He is also known as the co-owner of a professional esports and entertainment organization called FaZe Clan. With 22 million subscribers on YouTube, FaZe Rug is the most subscribed member of FaZe Clan.

James Rallison is an American YouTuber, cartoonist, author, animator, and voice actor. He is credited with co-creating the popular animated adventure-comedy Netflix series Oddballs. Rallison is also known for creating storytime animations for his YouTube channel TheOdd1sOut, which has millions of subscribers. In 2016, James Rallison received a nomination at the Streamy Awards.

Thomas Sanders is an American actor, scriptwriter, singer, and internet personality. He came into prominence after posting videos on social media platforms like YouTube and Vine. He is best known for creating comedy sketches, prank videos, and videos on civil rights activism. Thomas Sanders has won a couple of Shorty Awards and a Streamy Award so far in his career.

Olajide Olatunji, better known by his stage name KSI, is an English internet personality, actor, rapper, and boxer. He is credited with co-founding the popular YouTube group, The Sidemen. Regarded as one of the most influential online creators in the UK, Olatunji puts his fame to good use; he is involved in many charitable causes and is a prolific donator.

Rosanna Pansino is an American social media personality, YouTuber, author, actress, and singer. One of the highest-paid YouTubers in the world, Pansino was mentioned in Forbes magazine's Top Influencers list in 2017. The recipient of a Shorty Award, Rosanna Pansino also has five Streamy Award nominations under her belt. A classically trained singer, she released her debut single in 2015.

YouTube sensation Julianna Grace LeBlanc was part of the family channel Bratayley, along with her siblings Hayley and Caleb, since age 4 and was mostly known for her gymnastics videos. She later gained fame with the Brat series Chicken Girls and the YouTube Red original series We Are Savvy.

British YouTuber Alastair Aiken, better known online as Ali-A, is one of the most popular Fortnite and Call of Duty content creators. Named to the Forbes 30 Under 30- Games list in 2019, he has made several Guinness world records. He has also appeared on shows such as Ali-A's Superchargers.

Michael Stevens is an American public speaker, educator, YouTuber, editor, and entertainer. He is credited with creating the popular education YouTube channel Vsauce, which he also hosts. His popularity increased in 2017, when he created a YouTube Premium series titled Mind Field. Michael Stevens is often counted among the most successful YouTubers in the world.

Chinese-Australian YouTuber Wengie has earned a phenomenally huge fan base on YouTube with her DIY, beauty, fashion, and prank videos. She has also experimented with music, releasing tracks such as Baby Believe Me. She also manages a channel that is exclusively dedicated to content related to her two cats. 

Known for his YouTube channel HowToBasic, Australian YouTuber Warrun has faced major controversies due to the massive wastage of food in his videos. His content majorly consists of him throwing or mixing food, mostly eggs, and creating a mess. His controversial “how to” tutorials also got him banned twice.

Tyler Steinkamp, better known by his online pseudonyms, “Loltyler1” and “T1,” is a League of Legends streamer who is extremely popular on Twitch. He was banned from playing for almost 2 years for his toxic behavior toward other players. He later signed with South Korean esports team T1.

British YouTuber Elizabeth Dwyer, better known by her pseudonym, Lizzie LDShadowLady, is best known for her gaming videos. She soared to fame with her Minecraft single-player series Shadowcraft. She was also part of The Pixel Pact. Though openly bisexual, she is married to fellow YouTuber Joel Smallishbeans.

British YouTube star Nikki Lilly is best known for her beauty, fashion, and lifestyle content. An ailment that she was born with, known as arteriovenous malformation, has left her physically deformed but hasn’t been able to deter her. She is also associated with charitable activities and is an author, presenter, and singer.

Cole LaBrant is an American social media star and actor. He first achieved popularity on Vine before establishing himself as a popular TikToker and YouTuber. He is part of the famous Labrant family along with his wife and children. As an actor, Cole LaBrant has appeared on TV series like Sanders Shorts and Sadie and Emmie.

Crayator is an Australian internet celebrity best known for streaming video game-related content on Twitch. He has also participated in the Overwatch World Cup as part of his gaming career. Crayator is also known for his association with the professional gaming organization, NRG Esports.

British YouTuber George, who is known to his fans as Memeulous, soared to fame with his parodies and funny commentaries. He is best known for his Club Penguin and Roblox videos, his MLG parodies, and Last Month This Happened series. He always hides his face with a bandana and sunglasses in his videos.

Australian Twitch and YouTube star Kathleen Belsten, better known as Loserfruit, soared to fame with her Fortnite videos and livestreams. Part of the content creators’ group Click Crew, she was initially a budding journalist. She is the second person to get an exclusive Fortnite skin, the Loserfruit Cosmetic and Bundle.

Rebecca Zamolo is an American social media personality and YouTuber. She is best known for her YouTube series and franchise, Game Master Network. Zamolo is also popular on TikTok, where she has millions of followers. Over the course of her career, Rebecca Zamolo has received nominations at Shorty Awards and Streamy Awards.

Mexican YouTuber EddieVR, also known as Sauceddie, has soared to fame with his virtual reality video games and skits on YouTube. He is part of the gaming collective The Boys, and his fans loved his collaborations with fellow YouTubers JoshDub, Mully, and Your Narrator. EddieVR currently lives in the U.S.

Ranz Kyle is a Filipino social media personality and dancer. Kyle is best known for posting dance covers alongside his stepsister and popular social media personality, Niana Guerrero. In 2019, Kyle won the Kids Choice Award under the Favorite Pinoy Internet Star category. The following year, he won the CICP Spotlight Award along with Niana Guerrero.

Canadian YouTuber Wenny La is best known for her Roblox gaming videos on her channel, Lunar Eclipse. She has been part of the collaborative group called The Krew. She dyes her hair purple to match her channel’s color. An illustrator and a graphic designer, too, she creates the thumbnails for ItsFunneh's videos.

Nikita, better known as Niki Nihachu, has gained millions of YouTube and Twitch fans with her gaming streams. Born in Germany, she has lived in countries such as Spain and Switzerland, and can speak multiple languages. Openly bisexual, she was also part of the Twitch dating show Love or Host.

Canadian contortionist, dancer, Tiktoker, and YouTube star Anna McNulty was first noticed for her flexibility when she opted for cheerleading at age 10. She later began learning contemporary dance. Her YouTube posts are mostly about her routine, her diet, and flexibility stretches and challenges. She is popular on Twitter and Instagram, too.

Born to a Korean mother and a Chinese father in Canada, Evan Fong is a college-drop-out-turned-YouTuber. Known for his massively successful YouTube channel, VanossGaming, which showcases his reactions to video games, Fong is one of the top 10 earners on the site. He has also started experimenting with music.

British YouTube star and FIFA gamer Emmanuel John Brown is also known as Manny Brown, or FIFA Manny. He is the brother of fellow YouTuber and FIFA gamer Tobi Lerone, or TBJZL. Apart from his main channel, Manny, he also maintains the side channels MannyPlus and MannyClips. He is also a talented rapper/musician.

New Zealand-based YouTuber Liam Thompson had initially qualified to be part of the US Navy SEAL. The popular YouTuber has gained a massive fan base with his videos, particularly those featuring his pet labradoodle, Max, performing human tasks. He also hosts a series in which he breaks peculiar world records.

Emmanuel Hudson is an American social media influencer, actor, and comedian. He is best known for running a YouTube channel along with his brother Phillip. Together, they have created a number of comedy sketches and have also appeared in a couple of music videos. Emmanuel Hudson is also known for appearing on MTV's Wild 'n Out. 

American actor, comedian, and YouTuber Grayson Bailey Dolan is best known for his collaborative content created with his brother, Ethan Dolan, as part of the duo Dolan Twins. In early 2021, the twins announced they were quitting YouTube. Grayson is an avid wrestler and an animal lover.

American YouTube star Jazmine Hood soared to fame with her funny clips on Vine. She later became famous for her pranks and comedy clips on her YouTube channel, Lil Perfect, previously known as Perfectlaughs. A promising rapper, she also collaborated with her boyfriend, Tae Caldwell, for the channel Jazz and Tae.

TheOrionSound is a British YouTuber best known for his gaming content. He has gained popularity for posting videos pertaining to famous games like Minecraft, SIMS, and World of Warcraft. Apart from his gaming videos, TheOrionSound also posts piano and guitar covers of popular songs.

Ethan Dolan is an American social media personality and comedian. He is best known as one-half of the comedy duo, Dolan Twins. He achieved popularity after posting comedic videos alongside his twin Grayson on Vine. In 2018, the duo formed The Sister Squad along with Emma Chamberlain and James Charles. Grayson and Ethan Dolan have won several Teen Choice Awards.
