757cece was born Carmen Williams on July 2, 2001, in Virginia, United States of America. She is of mixed ethnicity as her father is black, while her mother is white. She was raised along with her siblings – a sister and two brothers. She developed interest toward dance quite early in her life. Instead of enrolling herself into dance classes, she learnt dancing with the help of the internet. During her school days, she pursued cheerleading and went on to become a prominent cheerleader for her school football and basketball teams.

757cece started using social media when she was still fairly young. She started off by posting lip-sync and dance video clips on platforms, such as Flipagram and Dubsmash. She then created an Instagram page and posted her first Instagram picture in August 2016. She gradually gained popularity for her dance video clips as her viewers were intrigued by her dance moves, especially the one that involves her stomach. After posting her maiden YouTube video, 757cece came up with a number of vlogs, pranks, and reaction videos. Her YouTube channel currently has more than 129,000 subscribers with over 1.8 million views from all its videos.
