Adam Carolla is an American comedian, television personality, radio personality, actor, director as well as a podcaster. He has done many radio shows which have earned him global fame and holds a ‘Guinness World Record’ for his radio show ‘The Adam Carolla Show.’ The show was distributed as a podcast and set the record as the ‘most downloaded podcast.’ Apart from his radio shows, he has appeared in, and made many television shows like ‘The Man Show’, ‘Crank Yankers’, ‘Too Late with Adam Carolla’, ‘The Adam Carolla Project’, and ‘Catch a Contractor’. He has also appeared in some films like ‘The Hammer’, ‘Road Hard’, ‘Winning: The Racing Life of Paul Newman’, and ‘No Safe Spaces’. Carolla has tried his hands at writing as well. He wrote a book with Marshall Fine and Drew Pinsky, titled ‘Dr. Drew and Adam Book: A Survival Guide to Life and Love’. In this book, they shared their experiences which they had faced during the making of their show ‘Loveline’. Adam’s satire and his sense of humor have been widely appreciated by the audience which make his shows very popular. However, he also kindled controversy when some of his interviews in public television were deemed sexist by many. He later tried to clear the air but never withdrew his comments.
