Aidan Alexander Biography

Aidan Alexander started showing signs of being a natural born performer when he landed the lead role in his school play at the age of five. His professional career started a few years ago while he was attending a performing arts school in Idaho. His drama teacher who was also a casting director for 40 odd years advised him to go to Los Angeles and try his luck. After that there was no looking back for him. His first big-screen appearance was in 2013 as Young Johnny in ‘Red Wing’ where he starred opposite Bill Paxton, Frances Fisher and Luke Perry. Alexander also played the role of Elliot in the television series ‘Granite Flats.’ He has also worked in the short film ‘.270’ which went on to win the Grand Jury Prize at the New York International Screenwriters Awards. He has also been the sole interviewer on an episode of the critically acclaimed television show ‘Defining Moment’ in 2013. Another interesting thing about him is that by the age of ten, he had written and directed a short horror film titled ‘In the Shadows.’Aidan Alexander has recently landed the lead role in ‘Vikes’, an Indie feature from M-80 Films. He will play ThorvaldThovson, a high school sophomore campaigning to change his school’s mascot, the Viking, to something less offensive to the Scandinavian community. He is also currently working on the teenager oriented television show ‘The Bluffs.’In addition, Aidan is a very popular and well-loved YouTube and Vine star. He has collaborated with other famous social media stars. He joined hands with Allie Evans on a YouTube video called ‘What’s That Smell Challenge.’ He has also posted a number of videos with Tanner Zagarino including "MICHELLE OBAMA IS OUR WCW -#AskAidanandTanner | Aidan Alexander."

What makes Aidan Alexander special is that he is one of those rare celebrities who are genuinely down to earth. He actually cares about his fans. He considers his fans to be his friends and believes that they are all very similar to him. Also he considers himself lucky to have attracted such a large fan base. An extremely handsome young man, he has absolutely no dearth of female fans and attention but luckily, he has never let that go to his head. He's funny and charismatic, but also understands real societal issues, becoming a social justice powerhouse in his own right. Apart from being a YouTube and social media star, he is also a fashion oriented person and is always experimenting with clothes and styles and frequently attends numerous fashion weeks. Very much into fashion, he plans to launch his own apparel and accessories line in the near future

When Aidan Alexander is not working, he loves spending time with his family and friends and is extremely close to them. He has a pet turtle named Tuck, with whom he loves playing with, and if given the option would take him everywhere with him! He also loves catching up on movies such as ‘Hunger Games’ and‘Divergent.’ By his own admission, if he were ever to go to a desert island then he would take with him a DVD of ‘A Cinderella Story’ and watch it again and again. Apart from all this, he loves reading, sleeping and listening to songs.
