It did not take her long to gain traction on her page and she started getting thousands of views on each of her posts. She presently has over 720k fans on TikTok and more than 12 million hearts. She is known to upload conventional TikTok videos, dancing and lip-syncing to popular songs while often using various Snapchat filters. Besides Justin Bieber, she has performed to the music of Metronomy, Eric Bellinger, Ty Dolla $ign, Fergie, and Rico Nasty, to name a few. In July 2018, she revealed in a YouTube video that the reason she had been inactive on TikTok for a while was because her phone, from which she accessed her account, was stolen.

Her next upload is her oldest video on the platform, dating back to July 4, 2016. In the recent months, she has become more active and has been posting videos and photographs regularly.

Aleina and Alyssa set up their YouTube channel on November 14, 2013, and posted their first video more than four years later, on July 23, 2018. Titled ‘Our First Introduction Video’, it features both the sisters and has accumulated over 25 thousand views to date. Despite the fact that the channel became active only recently, it has already garnered about 10 thousand subscribers and over 150 thousand views.

Aleina was born on September 20, 2002, in California, USA. She has two older sisters including Alyssa. The other sister is the oldest among the three of them and both Aleina and Alyssa consider her to be an inspiration. Aleina is of mixed Japanese, Nigerian, Kenyan, Dutch, Danish, and Cherokee descent. She can speak at least three languages: English, Japanese, and Dutch.

She is presently dating a person who is active on Instagram under the username Kkrrizz. Aleina has made several appearances on his page.
