Alessandra Torresani Biography

Alessandra Torresani is an American actress who is known for her role in the show ‘The Big Bang Theory’. She developed an interest in the performing arts at an early age and began her career at just the age of nine. Her first assignment was to host the children’s show ‘Kids’ WB Club’. She eventually began acting and took up guest roles in shows, such as ‘ER’, a medical drama series, and the sitcom, ‘Working’. Later, she appeared in TV movies like ‘Newton’ and ‘Going to the Mat’. Her first important role in a TV show was in ‘Caprica’, a sci-fi drama, which aired from January to November 2010. More recently, she appeared in the popular sitcom ‘The Big Bang Theory’, where she portrayed a character named Claire, a bartender and an aspiring screenwriter. Her performance was much appreciated. She has also appeared in a few movies such as ‘Car Dogs’ where she played a main role. She played a supporting role in the dance comedy film ‘Step Sisters’.
