Amare Frost played basketball in High school the highlights of which were posted on You Tube thereby bringing him a lot of popularity. His Instagram account ended up gaining over 20,000 followers. Earlier, in 2018, he also played in a tournament EBC San Diego.

He launched his You Tube channel, Amare Frost, in May 2019 and uploaded his first video – Get To Know Me Q & A Mukbang “How I Really Feel About Tee Tee”– a few months later in October. The video has been already been viewed over 1.1 million times and is the most popular video on his channel. Other popular videos of his channel include Mukbang W/Brooklyn & Her Boyfriend, Getting To Know Him “I Embarrassed Her”; How I Really Feel About Brooklyn's Boyfriend “Crab Mukbang”and I Was A Dad For 24 Hours “Does This Make Me Want A Kid?”. His channel has a subscriber count is more than 373K. The channel mostly has reaction, mukbang, pranks and gaming videos.

Amare Frost was born on 10 June 2003, in Seattle, Washington. His mother, Monique Carrillo, is a business executive as well as a social media personality. His siblings include a sister Brooklyn Frost – who is a You Tube and Instagram star – and a brother Deshae Frost – who is a standup comedian and an Instagram star. Deshae Frost has also acted in CBS drama series SWAT wherein he portrayed the character of Darryl Henderson between 2017 and 2018.

For his education, Amare Frost joined Garfield High School in Seattle, Washington.
