Amber Scott Biography

Amber Scott was roped in to play a prominent role in the Steven Spielberg-directed movie when she was just seven years old. Her popularity increased after appearing in Hook, which was based on J. M. Barrie’s 1911 novel Peter and Wendy (Peter Pan). In the movie, Scott played Maggie Smith, the daughter of Peter Banning, a successful corporate lawyer, played by Robin Williams. Scott’s performance in one of the most popular films of the 1990s received critical acclaim and was loved by the fans as well. She received ‘Young Artist Award’ for ‘Outstanding Young Ensemble Cast in a Motion Picture’ along with other child actors of the film. Apart from acting, Scott also contributed to the film’s soundtrack by singing When You're Alone, which was released by ‘Epic Records.’ She performed the song live at the 64th ‘Annual Academy Awards’ in Los Angeles.

In 1995, she made her debut as a voice actor when she voiced multiple characters in one of the episodes of a TV series documentary titled American Experience. After lending her voice to American Experience, Amber Scott chose to maintain a low profile. She has not been seen in films, TV series, or public events since 1995.

Amber Scott was born on October 10, 1984, in the United States of America. After her high school, she went to the prestigious Trinity College (liberal arts college) in Hartford, Connecticut. While studying at Trinity College, Scott was a member of the popular Delta Psi Epsilon sorority, which is also known as ‘St. Anthony Hall.’ She graduated from Trinity College with a bachelor’s degree in 2006.

Amber Scott made headlines in 2015 when her latest picture (head shot) surfaced on the internet. The picture led to several speculations about the actress making a comeback. However, it could not be confirmed as Amber Scott did not reveal anything.
