Andrea Anders is an American actress best known for her appearances as Nicole Allen in the CBS drama ‘The Class,’ Linda Zwordling in ABC’s series Better Off Ted and Alex Garrett in NBC’s sitcom ‘Joey.’ Born and raised in Wisconsin, she grew up with her brother Sean who now works as a director. Following her schooling from DeForest Area High School, Anders graduated from University of Wisconsin–Stevens Point with a bachelor's degree in fine arts. She later earned her Master of Fine Arts from the Rutgers University in 2001, and launched her career in theatre the same year. The actress had already made her TV debut by the time she graduated. Since then, she has been routinely seen on television, often playing supporting roles. She has also acted in a few feature films. Anders loves her job and feels blessed to experience the world of TV sitcoms. She once dated Matt LeBlanc, the actor who gained global recognition for playing Joey Tribbiani in the series ‘Friends.’
