Andrea Camila was born on December 22, 1999, in Puerto Rico.

It is believed she and her family had moved to Florida, United States of America, when she was 7.

She initially worked as a small-time actor and model. Not much is known about her family.

On July 13, 2018, Andrea Camila officially began a relationship with Irish model Lewis Kelly (known as almightylew on Instagram). She then moved to Dublin, Ireland, in 2019, to be with her boyfriend. Lewis has studied Chinese and French translation at Dublin City University (DCU) in Dublin, Ireland, but he dropped out later to plunge into full-time modeling.

Andrea and Lewis launched a YouTube account, titled Andrea & Lewis, on March 12, 2019. They were disappointed when in spite of posting some good content on the channel, their subscriber count remained stuck at 40 for 2 months.

They then decided to experiment with the app TikTok. They began posting their videos on the app in November 2019. The phenomenal success that followed was unexpected. They began posting content on relationships, lifestyle, comedy sketches, challenges, beauty routines, and pranks. Their TikTok account, andreaandlewis, has gained over 284 million likes and 4.8 million fans to date. They are so famous that Andrea Camila claimed in an interview with The Sun that she and Lewis often get mobbed in the streets of Dublin.

The success of their collaborative TikTok account led Andrea to launch her individual TikTok account, andreaxcamila, which has gained over 76.5 thousand likes and more than 49.4 thousand followers. On May 16, 2020, she posted a TikTok video set to the track Yo Perreo Sola by Bad Bunny.

The couple’s popularity on TikTok also spilled over to their YouTube account. It now has over 266 thousand subscribers and more than 7 million views. The two most popular videos on the channel are Speaking ONLY Spanish To My Boyfriend for 24 HOURS!!! (posted on August 23, 2019), which has gained 650 thousand views, and Ignoring My LATINA GF Prank (she pranks me back!) | Andrea & Lewis (posted on April 28, 2020), which has earned over 253 thousand views.

They posted a lot of videos on their channel during the COVID-19 pandemic. They wish to divide their time between Dublin and Los Angeles when the pandemic ends. The couple also wishes to collaborate with other TikTok stars.

Both Andrea and Lewis are managed by the agency TalentX Entertainment. They wish to earn a full-time living through their social-media content but believe they are “not there yet.” They do not wish to plan their careers much in advance, as they feel they are still growing.

Apart from gaining fame, the couple has also had to face a lot of negativity online. A few trolls once claimed Lewis was not originally Irish. However, most of the feedback that they have received online has been positive.
