Ava Allan is an American actress and model, best known for her performance in the 2016 romantic drama film ‘Love Is All You Need?’ Allan was part of the final season of popular American teen drama ‘Pretty Little Liars.’ In the series, she played the character of Addison Derringer. Ava has worked with several top fashion houses. Apart from modeling for companies like ‘Disney,’ Ava has also featured in a couple of television commercials for automobile and apparel brands. She had a rare opportunity to work with the most recognized whale Shamu, when she was signed by ‘SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment,’ an amusement park company. She is also a YouTube star as she posts various fashion-related videos on her self-titled YouTube channel.

Ava Allan was born on March 1, 2000, in Los Angeles, California. Her older sister Alexi Blue is a popular instrumentalist, singer, composer, and songwriter. Ava is currently residing in Los Angeles and owns a dog named Mr. Jace, and a cat named Mr. Jinx.

Professional Life
Ava started her modeling career at a very young age when she was spotted by a modeling agency on social media. She received her first modeling contract from ‘Disney’ at age six. Ava then started receiving numerous modeling offers from various brands, which led her to appear in a couple of television commercials for automobile brands like ‘Hyundai’ and ‘Nissan.’
After completing a few modeling assignments, Ava shifted her focus toward acting. She auditioned for numerous roles before making her acting debut in a comedy series titled ‘True Jackson, VP.’ In the series, she played the younger version of a character named Amanda. The role brought her the long-awaited fame and she was subsequently interviewed at a famous charity event called ‘Children of the Night.’
She then landed a minor role in TNT’s drama series ‘Leverage.’ During this period in her career, Ava received many modeling offers from companies like ‘Lalaloopsy,’ ‘Rovio,’ and ‘Doritos.’ But the most exciting modeling project that Ava was part of is the one in which she had to shoot with a famous whale named Shamu. When she was signed by ‘SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment,’ she was asked to work with the amusement park’s most popular killer whale for a live show called ‘One Ocean.’
Ava continued her modeling career by working with fashion brands like ‘Forever 21,’ ‘Justice,’ ‘Kohl's,’ ‘Target,’ ‘Tillys,’ and ‘Reebok.’ Ava’s popularity soared when she got to work with actor Peyton Royal after she was signed by the clothing brand ‘Justice.’ Right after that, she was cast in many television series including ‘Criminal Minds: Suspect Behavior,’ which was aired on CBS. In the series, she played the role of Erica Nichols, alongside Oscar-winning actor Forest Whitaker.
Some of her other notable works in television include ‘The Middle’ and ‘Bad Teacher.’ While ‘The Middle’ was aired on ABC network, ‘Bad Teacher’ was aired on CBS network. Ava also featured in short films such as ‘Billie Speare’ and ‘Susan’s Remembrance.’
In 2016, Ava landed her breakthrough role when she played Paula Santilli in the American drama film ‘Love Is All You Need?’ The film was appreciated at many international film festivals. Two years later, Ava landed a major role in television when she portrayed the character of Addison Derringer in the last season of the popular teen drama ‘Pretty Little Liars.’ Though her performance was not liked by the audience, it was appreciated by the critics.

While she was busy with her modeling and acting career, Ava decided to try her hand at social media as well. As she wanted to share her love for fashion, makeup and shopping, Ava created a self-titled YouTube channel on November 1, 2010. The channel includes videos related to beauty and fashion.
