Azzyland Bio

Azzyland was introduced to gaming by her father and uncle. She grew up watching them play video games. At the age of seven, Azzyland was introduced to the game, The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, and that turned out to be a life changing experience for her.

When she grew up, she decided to make a career out of gaming. She quit her medical studies to focus more on her gaming and YouTube career. Azzyland then started experimenting with cosplays. In her first cosplay, she represented a character called Vegeta from the famous Japanese animated series, Dragon Ball Z. In one of her videos, she stated that her all-time favorite cosplay character is Zelda from the video game series, The Legend of Zelda.

Azzyland then filmed all her cosplay activities and posted them on her YouTube channel, which she had created in order to post her cosplay videos. Azzyland’s videos were instant hit and took the internet by storm. She was soon seen participating as an official cosplay artist in almost all the conventions around the world.

Her instant success caught the attention of the famous YouTuber, McCrudden, who went on to interview her. While interviewing her, McCrudden found her appealing in front of the camera. He then offered her an opportunity to host his YouTube show, Before They Were Famous.

Azzyland’s initial days as a host gave her nightmares as she often got confused with the names of the celebrities. One such incident got her into trouble when she addressed the famous gamer FaZe Jen as Jason Eugene Vonderhaar. Post the incident, she became the subject of many memes and there was also a public backlash against her. She then had to post an apology video which was appreciated by FaZe Jen.

Azzyland created a YouTube record by twerking continuously for 24 hours. This helped her YouTube channel gain more subscribers. She then made a promise to her fans that she would go nude when her channel gathers a million subscribers. She kept her promise and posted a video of her going nude when her channel crossed a million subscribers. Currently, her YouTube channel has 13.4 million subscribers. She is also famous on Instagram where she has 2 million followers.

Azzyland was born Azra Bajrami on February 23, 1991, in Canada. She has a sister who too, is a gamer. Azzyland graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University, majoring in chemistry and biology. She then opted for medicine as her parents wanted her to pursue it.

Azzyland was in a relationship with the popular YouTuber Jordi van den Bussche, who is best known as Kwebbelkop. They were introduced to each other by a common friend at the after-party of E3, which is a large gaming conference held annually. Initially, they hadn’t disclosed about their relationship until a fellow YouTuber named John Scarce leaked the news. Azzyland and Kwebbelkop broke up in 2021.

Azzyland owns a penthouse in Toronto. She lived with Jordi and a cat named Zorro in Spain when they were together. Gaming plays an important role in Azzyland’s life as her hobby has acted as her lifesaver on many occasions. Azzyland has always turned towards gaming during her difficult times. Also, she loves the fact that gaming allows her to meet and talk to new people. Her favorite game is The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past.

Azzyland also loves traveling and she spends most of her earning on her vacations. She is a PADI certified scuba diver. Her best vacation to date is a week-long tour to Croatia with her friends. Another fascinating fact about Azzyland is that she loves lucid dreaming. While lucid dreaming, she usually lies down on silk fabric and overcomes any urge to move her body. By doing so, she can dream whatever she wants. She also has a habit of keeping a record of her dreams.
