Ben Grosskopf became a known face on social media with his engaging TikTok content. Best known for his lip syncs, he has, over the years, gained millions of followers on his TikTok account, bengrosskopfofficial.

He has also collaborated on many TikTok clips with fellow content creator preppyclaws. Many of his TikTok clips feature tracks by artists such as Lil Nas X and Mariah Carey.

He previously maintained 2 other accounts: glowy.vlogs and theefabthree. He had thousands of followers on both. In 2023, he discovered he had lymphoma, soon after attending the New York Fashion Week.

He launched his YouTube channel in June 2016. He mostly posts life vlogs on it and maintains that it is a family-friendly channel. He has also posted travel vlogs on his Italy and Mexico trips. He has gained thousands of subscribers on the channel though he is not too active on it.

Ben grew up with 3 siblings: his sister, Riley, and his brothers, Connor and Tyler. On January 23, 2023, Ben revealed that he had been diagnosed with cancer. He came ahead with a video, explaining to his fans what lymphoma is.
