Beth Riesgraf is one of the upcoming American actresses who have created a niche for herself both in films and television. Popular for playing Parker in the noted television series ‘Leverage’, Riesgraf’s interest in acting has been a rooted one. Since she was little, she had a fancy for performing arts. Though photography was her primary interest, no sooner the love for being in front of camera preceded her interest for being behind it. Riesgraf started her tryst of being in front of camera first as a model and later for doing commercials. She soon found work in television series and films. After doing several guest roles in successful television series, such as ‘How I Met Your Mother’, ‘My Name is Earl’ and ‘Big Shots’, she found main role for the TNT series ‘Leverage’. Meanwhile her career in films also took off as she gained fame for her role in ‘Alvin and the Chipmunks’. Having established herself as an actor, Riesgraf now aims to go behind the camera and take on the cap of a director. Though acting still remains her passion, she wants to explore her creativity as a writer and director as well.
