BigBStatz has established himself as a professional gamer, but he did not start his career in the video game industry. Despite being so passionate about video games, BigBStatz started off with a very conventional office job.

During his early career, he worked as a customer support representative at a pharmaceutical company in Germany. He took up the job in order to support his finances as he was still pursuing his education back then. Though BigBStatz wanted to start a career in social media, his financial situation restrained him from doing so.

However, his job did help him a lot in terms of enhancing his social interaction skills. After working at the company for a few years, BigBStatz started to pursue his dream of becoming a gamer. He then joined the ‘Minecraft’ community as a game commentator. It took him a few months to get accustomed to the gaming community. Once he got familiar with how things worked in the gaming community, BigBStatz started gaining popularity as a gamer. Thereafter, he decided to post his own game-related content.

He created a YouTube channel and named it ‘Bigbst4tz2.’ In a very short span of time, his name was included in the list of ‘In-Game YouTubers,’ which includes names like TheDiamondMinecart, Stampy Cat, and LDShadowLady. He had a major breakthrough when he got featured in the second season of ‘Minecraft: Story Mode,’ which was the sequel to the first season of ‘Adventure Pass.’ He earned the opportunity of getting featured in ‘Minecraft: Story Mode’ as he had defeated the main antagonist and the supporting character of ‘Minecraft: Story Mode.’

The second season of ‘Minecraft: Story Mode’ was a hit and was released on multiple gaming platforms, including Android, PlayStation 4, Windows 10, Nintendo Switch, and MacBook Air. At the same time, BigBStatz was announced as the new associate. In gaming terms, the word ‘associate’ is used to refer to the guards and other characters of ‘Sunshine Institute’, a location found in the second season of ‘Minecraft: Story Mode.’

BigBStatz owns several ‘Minecraft’ items like Bowls, Shears, Cocoa Beans, and Cookies. Cookie was later renamed as ‘Easter Egg.’ BigBStatz is the only YouTuber from the ‘Minecraft’ community who has not appeared in the sixth episode of ‘Minecraft: Story Mode.’ The sixth episode was titled as ‘A Portal to Mystery.’

BigBStatz has been part of many events, which are organized exclusively for gamers. In 2017, he attended the ‘Digital Kids Show’ held in Manchester. The same year, he attended the ‘Minecraft Creator Summit’ in Sweden and also the ‘Minefaire,’ which was held in Houston. In addition to that, BigBStatz has organized many meet and greet events. The responses that he received for his meet and greet events were quite amazing.

Although BigBStatz’s YouTube channel is packed with content related to games, he has posted a few challenge and question & answer videos as well. Most of the challenge videos posted in the channel feature his wife. Some of his most famous challenge videos are ‘Halloween Makeup Challenge,’ ‘Flip the Bottle Challenge,’ and ‘YouTuber Impressions Challenge.’
