Blayke Busby is best known for featuring in the TLC reality series OutDaughtered. The series follows the life of Adam Bubsy and Danielle Bubsy as they raise their quintuplet daughters Ava Lane, Riley Paige, Hazel Grace, Parker Kate, and Olivia Marie. Blayke Busby first appeared in the episode "Make Room For the Quints." In May 2021, OutDaughtered completed its eighth season.

Blayke Busby also appears on the YouTube channel It’s a Buzz World where she is seen with her parents and sisters. The channel was created by Adam and Danielle in Late 2014. They posted their first video, “Busby Quints Gender Reveal,” in January 2015. The channel received YouTube’s Gold Creator Award after reaching 1 million subscribers.

In an OutDaughtered episode, Adam and Danielle revealed that they wanted to give an androgynous name to their first daughter and so they named her Blayke Lousie. The name was also chosen because Danielle wanted to name their first child after her grandmother Mary Louise. Blayke also has a lot of nicknames with Blaykie and Blaykers being the most common ones.
