Turner appeared in films like ‘The Big Lebowski’ and ‘Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me’ as a backup dancer. In 1999, Turner appeared in the MTV anthology series ‘Undressed’ as ‘Tina’. She appeared in the first season as one of the main cast members in the show. A year later, Turner started playing the recurring role of ‘Brenda’ in the UPN sitcom ‘Moesha,’ a role she portrayed until 2001.
