Call Me Kevin is known for his You Tube channel where he uploads his comical gameplay, gaming commentaries and other lifestyle videos. His content also include music covers and skits. The channel, which he launched in October 2016, has gained over 2.97 million subscribers. The most viewed videos of his channel are Until Dawn but I pick every bad option, Skyrim but it's destroyed by mods and Fallout 4 but it's destroyed by mods.

He also has two other channels, the first of which is called CallMeKevin Stream Archives. It is where he uploads his full-length Twitch streams for those who did not see them live on his Twitch channel. The other channel Call Me Kevin Clips is primarily meant for his Twitch stream highlights. The former channel has over 167K subscribers while the latter has more than 274K subscribers.

Earlier, during primary school and later high school, because of his health issues, he missed out on a lot of his school and eventually dropped out. During this time, he played a lot of Xbox and discovered the gameplay side of YouTube. He created his first You Tube video and uploaded it on the channel called zXNoRegretzzXz which was later renamed The Old CallMeKevin channel. He quit making videos in between and became the franchise owner of a retail store called CeX that sold second-hand electronic goods. In 2016-2017, after suffering injury from a car hit, he shut down his business and returned to making YouTube videos.

Call Me Kevin was born as Kevin O'Reilly on 10th November 1993 in Ireland. He has a sister. He is relationship with the Chess player Anna Rudolf. He has lived in Ireland, Scotland and is currently living in Spain.
