He first made his appearance in Ain’t On Nuttin Remix with J Hus and Bonkaz in 2015. It was the time when he adopted the name Central Cee. In the same year, in February, he released StreetHeat Freestyle. He came up with his first album, 17, in 2017. Two years later, in October, he gifted his fans with Next Up?

One of the most important events that marked his presence in the music industry was his decision to switch to UK drill from auto-tuned hip hop style. Following this, he released his single, Day in the Life, on 14th June 2020, which became a massive hit. In that same year, on 22nd October, he took the music world by storm with another track called Loading. These two singles were the most successful releases that brought him millions of likes on digital platforms. His songs ranked in the top twenty of the UK Singles Chart.

With his track, Commitment Issues, Central Cee further highlighted his potential. In March 2021, he surprised his followers with Wild West, his debut mixtape, which appeared on the UK Albums Chart and the UK R&B Albums Chart. Besides these, some of his iconic works include, Over You, Wavy Yute, Free It Up, and Just Incase.

Central Cee has more than 325K subscribers on his YouTube channel and more than 3 million followers on his Instagram handle.

Central Cee was born on the 4th of June 1998 in Shepherd’s Bush, a district in West London, England. His original name is Oakley Caesar-Su. As a kid, he used to be quiet but sometimes lost his temper in school. He has attended school with rapper Digga D. He is also known to have worked at a shoe store, but he eventually quit the job to focus on his music career.

While growing up in the small district of West London, he was influenced by the culture and music of the area. His father played dancehall, hip-hop, and reggae music around him, which further strengthened his love for music. He never missed a carnival which is why the environment played a crucial role in his musical upbringing. He holds a British Nationality, but his ancestry roots back to South Africa and China.

Central Cee loves tattoos; he has inked himself on his arms and chest. Though he keeps his personal life away from the limelight, many believe that he is dating Kenza Boutrif.
