Chandler Riggs is an American actor who rose to fame for his performance as Carl Grimes on AMC TV’s drama ‘The Walking Dead’. Barely 10 when offered the role of Grime, little did Riggs know that the character would turn the fortunes for him for good. Prior to taking up the role in ‘The Walking Dead’, Riggs had done a little bit of theatre. Irony as it may seem to be, Riggs first ever role in a film was in 2006 as Egon the Zombie for ‘Jesus H. Zombie’. Four years later, he played Carl Grimes in ‘The Walking Dead’, wherein he fights against the zombies. The series which first started in 2010 is still running currently as of May 2017. It has become one of the highest rated series in television history. Meanwhile, apart from ‘The Walking Dead’, Riggs did several other television shows and films including ‘Get Low’, ‘The Wronged Man’, Terminus’, ‘Mercy’ and so on. In his late teens, Riggs has established a sky-high reputation of himself and is widely known as one of the child prodigies in the acting industry. With age by his side and a talent that is constantly getting polished, Riggs surely seems to be the next superstar in the making!
