Rise to Fame

Christi had always wanted to be a star ever since she began walking. In school she was the captain of her cheerleading team. However, coming from a broken home and lack of encouragement from her mother couldn’t take her far.

After she got married to Marc Lukasiak, luck began shining upon her. She was blessed with a baby girl, Chloe. Little did she know that her daughter would go on to live her dream.

After opening her own business in the form of a fitness class, she didn’t meet with much success until her daughter was selected to be on the show ‘Dance Moms’. She already knew many of the contestant’s mothers on the show such as Kelly Hyland, Holly Fraizer and Melissa Ziegler. However, she got even more famous on the show for standing up for her daughter and speaking her mind to Abby, the owner of the Abee Lee Dance Company.

While her daughter performed on the show, Christi cheered her on from the stands and continued to keep negativity away from her daughter. She and her daughter Chloe were a part of the reality series from its first season that aired on 13th July, 2011 and stayed on till the end of season four which last aired on 14th October, 2014.

Christi left the show with her daughter because of Abby’s continuous bullying. She encouraged her daughter to return to the show for the finale of season seven in February 2017 and was proud that her daughter had made her acting debut without any assistance from Abby.

What Makes Christi Lukasiak So Special

Christi is a beautiful woman who takes her responsibility as a mother to be her topmost priority. She is gutsy and hasn’t shied away from undertaking new challenges. The audiences loved her on the show ‘Dance Moms’ for her humor. Her take on any incident made the otherwise offensive behavior and languages of the contestants seem funny. At the same time, she always stood up for her daughter and protested against Abby’s dominating nature on the show.

She is an encouraging and doting mother who has been supportive of both her daughters, who have now turned popular ‘YouTubers’. She appears on her daughters’ channels titled ‘Chloe Lukasiak’ and ‘Clara’s World’.

Christi’s world surrounds her daughters and her family. She spends all of her day grooming and encouraging her children to do their best, probably because she had hoped for the same as a young girl. She is a good dancer and often had to lie to her parents about cheerleading in order to practice it at school. She often travels along as a guardian with her daughter Chloe, who is now a dancer, performer, actress and model.

Christi Lukasiak was born Christina Zook to a very young mother in Churchill, Pennsylvania, U.S. on 3rd March 1977. She hardly has much recollection of her father and didn’t quite share a good bond with her mother either. Thus, she lived with her grandparents as a child and went to regular school. She has a younger sister named Jodi and the two little girls used to dance on their grandparent’s lawn. She was proposed by her husband, Marc Lukasiak, who is the Director of Marketing and Communications at the ‘Children’s Hospital of Pittsburg’ on the eve of Christmas, 1998.

The couple welcomed their first daughter, Chole Elizabeth Lukasiak. Christina hoped for the arrival of another girl a couple of years later, but had a tough time conceiving. Just as she was about to give up all hope, she was blessed with her second daughter, Clara, who is now taking dance lessons at Studio19. Christi is presently assisting both her children to establish a career in the entertainment industry.
