Christian Coma is a famous American musician and actor. He joined the ‘Black Veil Brides’ in 2010 as the band’s lead drummer and has rendered many chart busting albums such as ‘Set the World on Fire’, ‘Wretched and Divine: The Story of the Wild Ones’ and a self-titled album ‘Black Veil Brides’. As a child he always possessed an inclination towards learning music and soon found a medium through drums. He is a skilled and trained Jazz musician but listens to various genres of music that provides freshness and diversity to his music. He is equally famous on social media with a large fan following of over 430,000 on ‘Instagram’ and around 497,000 followers on ‘Twitter’. He is known for sporting all-black attire with long hair and black body paint on and off stage. He has won several prestigious awards ever since his collaboration with the music group.

Early Life & Career
Christian Coma began playing the drums at the age of nine. He participated in several competitions in high school and was a band member of almost twelve bands before ‘Black Veil Brides’ found him. After he joined the band in 2010, he immediately began recording his first studio album and the group’s second album ‘Set the World on Fire’. The album received critical acclaim and was ranked first in the ‘Alternate Press’s Music Video of the Year’ for its single ‘Rebel Love Song’. What followed was another hit soundtrack with the EP ‘Rebels’ harnessing equal applaud in 2012. The same year, he became an actor with his role as ‘The Destroyer’ in the film ‘Legion of the Black’.
He also appeared as a recurring character in five episodes of the TV series ‘Average Joe’ as Clarence. In 2013, the band’s third studio album ‘Wretched and Divine: The Story of the Wild Ones’ peaked at number seven on the ‘US Billboard 200’ music chart and at number three on the ‘US Billboard Rock Chart’.
In early 2014, he stated in an interview that the band had begun working on their fourth studio album, which would be self-titled and would release before the end of the year. On 27th October the album was launched on radio and hit music stores around the globe. The album’s promising beat kept it at the number ten spot on ‘US Billboard 200’ and at number thirteen on the ‘Billboard Canadian Charts’.
Spanning the 7 years of his career with the band, he has been on several tours promoting his album. Alongside his group, he has won the ‘Kerrang Award for Best Album and Best Single in 2012’ and the ‘Alternative Press Music Award 2015’ for ‘Album of the Year’ amongst many others.

Christian Coma was born on 21st April 1985 at Los Angeles in California. Not much is known about his family but he seems to be extremely close to the ex-drummer of his current band, Sandra Alvarenga.
He also refers to his band mates as his family and uploads pictures of the group partying on his ‘Instagram’ account. Christian was in a serious relationship with Lauren Watson in 2013, but they eventually broke up. He is presently single and is pursuing his career in music with more zest than ever before.
