Cole Pendery Biography

Cole Alan Pendery is an American pop musician and performer. He was formerly part of the boy band IM5 but has since started a solo career under the name RYDYR. A native Texan, Pendery’s initial interest was not music but sports. It was in the sixth grade that he became serious about music and performing, following a performance with his school’s choir. Two years later, he told his parents about his dream to be a musician. In 2010, he travelled to Los Angeles to pursue his dream and a month later, he was approached by a talent scout who told him about an audition for a new boy band. He attended and was accepted as one of the three original members of IM5. In a short time, the group became popular among the young population and was nominated for several awards for their music and performance. After the band’s split, RYDYR embarked on a solo career and in 2017, released his first single ‘Wonderful Life’.
