Colie.1 gained popularity on TikTok by posting lip sync and dance videos. Her account @colie.1 has amassed over 6 million fans. Her parents have also appeared in her TikTok videos. In 2020, Colie.1  became a part of Awesomeness TV series Next Influencer together with other TikTok stars like Sabrina Quesada, Owen Holt, Julian Jara, Valeria Arguelles, Jada Wesley, Jovani Jara and Gaby Obregon. In 2021, she made an appearance in a short music video Stephen Sharer - TikTok Cutie ft. Topper Guild (Official Music Video).

She launched her Instagram account @colie.nuanez in the year 2017, where she uploads her fashion, modelling and casual photographs. Her account has over 105K followers. Through her account, she has promoted various brands which include the clothing brand ROMWE and other products like Sugarbear Hair Collection.

She launched her You Tube channel in January 2020 and posted her first video – Secrets with daddy! – a few months later in April 2020. Since then, she has uploaded a variety of videos including pranks, challenges and shorts. The most popular video of the channel includes shorts When Your Crush Comes Over... and That One Girl At The Sleepover. Her YouTube channel has a subscriber base of  more than 100k.

Nicole Nuanez was formerly a professional competition dancer and has won NAM State of Florida Teen Talent for Dance. She was selected the 2019-2020 NAM Florida State Ambassador and Miss Jacksonville Teen. She is also a public speaker and has worked as a model and instructor for Sessions Modeling Studio.

She has also been associated with the American Lung Association to fight Teen Vaping and raise awareness about dangers of nicotine.

Colie.1 was born as Nicole Nuanez on 2nd June 2002 in Bakersfield, California, United States. Her family includes her parents and a younger sister whose name is Megan Nuanez. She currently resides in Jacksonville, Florida.

She is engaged to TikTok star Topper Guild.
