He has gained fame for his experimental pop ballads that he delivers in both Spanish and English. Cuco was drawn toward music at an early age and learned to play several instruments. He dropped out of college to concentrate on his music career and eventually created tracks such as ‘Yeah,’ ‘Swear on a Soul,’ and ‘Mindwinder.’ With time, he gained popularity on ‘SoundCloud’ through his account, ‘trappedindeathstar.’ His debut mixtape, ‘Wannabewithu,’ became a big hit, particularly with young Latinos, and catapulted him to fame. His second mixtape, ‘Songs4u,’ and his EP ‘Chiquito,’ too, helped him become popular. He was part of sold-out live shows. The first bilingual song of the singer, ‘Lo Que Siento,’ a summer love jam, became hugely popular and earned co-signs from Kevin Abstract and ‘The Internet's Steve Lacey. Cuco has also made his presence felt on ‘Twitter,’ ‘Instagram,’ and ‘YouTube.’
