Daddy Long Neck Bio

Daddy Long Neck was not always confident about his body and was inspired by Canadian YouTuber and comedian Ricky Berwick, who was not ashamed to show his body and became popular despite his physical disability. He decided to do the same and first started going live on Facebook, but was soon told by someone to make videos on Instagram, following which he joined Instagram and Twitter in July 2018.

His first post on Instagram, a video in which he stated he was looking for a “baby mama”, immediately went viral on the platform. A fan of hip-hop music, he often posted videos of him dancing with his brother, uncle and friends, one of which, called My Neck and My Back, was featured on the WorldStarHipHop YouTube channel, granting him further exposure. He was also contacted by Gucci Berry, fellow social media personality from Michigan known for his enormous stature, for collaboration. They complemented each other perfectly and their skits almost always became viral. As early as August 8, 2018, he was interviewed by YouTuber Michael McCrudden about his life before fame. By that time, he already had a massive Instagram following of 265K, among which were popular internet celebrities like Supreme Patty and Hammy TV.

On October 14, 2018, he featured in an episode of ‘Tosh.0’ on Comedy Central. He collaborated with Patty on November 24, 2018 on a video in which the latter could be seen carrying him on a bicycle, parodying a scene from the 1982 sci-fi film E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial. In December that year, he teamed up with Charles McDowell a.k.a. Wide Neck, whose mugshot had gone viral for his abnormally wide neck, on a video captioned All necks matter! On December 16, 2018, the two released their debut song Neckst Big Thing, also featuring Patty, on the official WorldstarHipHop YouTube channel. It was followed by another song, Neckst Up, in January 2019, and both went on to gain millions of views on YouTube within months. He released a solo song, Litty Like A Titty, on February 12, 2019.

Daddy Long Neck was born as David Samuelson Jr. on September 15, 1999 in Flint, Michigan, United States. His parents Krissy and David are divorced and both are in separate relationships. His father lives nearby with his family, while he lives with his mother and her boyfriend. He has a brother who has featured on his videos. He suffers from Marfan syndrome, a genetic disorder that affects connective tissues and makes limbs long and skinny. He was unable to gain weight since he was young, because of which doctors had tried to feed him through a tube for four-five years. He has stated that despite his figure, he doesn’t have any issues with day-to-day life. While he was bullied as a child and now constantly faces trolling and abuse on almost all his posts, he stated that people’s opinion doesn’t affect him anymore.

Daddy Long Neck, who went viral for his “baby mama” video, introduced his new girlfriend, Thicky Vicky (who currently goes by the name Victoria Rose), through a video on Instagram on April 2, 2019. However, the relationship did not last long, or was probably only for views, as he later featured on her YouTube video MEET My New BOYFRIEND for 24 Hours!! on January 4, 2020.

On February 17, 2021, he made an Instagram post with a new woman who goes by @1andonlybeth on Instagram and TikTok. On March 28, 2021, the two announced expecting a child by sharing pictures of a positive pregnancy test. His son, David Alfredo Samuelson Lopez, was born on December 05, 2021. He celebrated one year anniversary with his partner on February 07, 2022. However, he recently mentioned in a TikTok video that he has not seen his son for three months due to health issues, and in her latest Instagram post, the baby’s mother introduced someone else as her partner.
