Darian Rojas had originally started her social media journey by sharing travel, fashion and lifestyle pictures on her Instagram profile. However, she had only a few thousand followers until she joined TikTok in March 2020 to escape boredom amidst pandemic lockdown. She tried her luck at dance and lip-sync videos, and quickly gained popularity after collaborating with already established stars like JeanCarlo León and Libardo Isaza.

In May 2020, she joined with several other popular social media stars to form the TikTok collective, Privé Crew, in order to collaborate and share their fan bases. She was the only female member of the group, which included JeanCarlo and Libardo, as well as Orson Padilla, Ralf Morales, and Naim Darrechi. She became immensely popular within the group and earned over 5 million fans on TikTok within two months, apart from adding over a million followers to her Instagram profile. Later that year, she was named the “Challenger of the Year” at Nickelodeon’s “Kids' Choice Awards Mexico 2020”, while her group won the “Challenge of the Year” at the same event with their #ChooseYourCharacterChallenge. By the time, she already had a combined 20 million fans across her various social media platforms, and was recognized as the most relevant content creator for TikTok in Mexico.

In May 2021, Darian Rojas was briefly involved in a controversy involving ARMY, the massive fandom of the K-pop band BTS, after her TikTok profile was temporarily banned on the platform. Through some misunderstanding, a portion of her own fan base came to believe that the ARMY was somehow responsible for her sudden ban. They probably even started fighting with the ARMY on various online platforms, which prompted Darian to take to her Instagram stories to reveal the real reason behind her ban. She mentioned that in one of her recent videos, a mannequin without any clothes on it was visible in the background, which was mistaken as nudity by TikTok’s content approval measures and resulted in her ban. She further assured her fans that the issue almost got resolved and urged them not to get into trouble with the ARMY.

Darian Rojas was born as Darian Fernanda Rojas Crawston on December 6, 1996 in Mexicali, Baja California, Mexico. She has a younger brother and is also the cousin of fellow TikTok star Marian Krawstor. She attended Universidad del Valle de México after completing her school graduation. Before earning online fame, she worked in an energy company and at a lawyer's office. She has the phrase "Todo es Mental" tattooed on her left forearm.

Darian Rojas was linked with fellow Privé Crew member Naim Darrechi during the mid-2020s after the two began appearing together in several TikTok videos of each other.

Fans were quick to notice that they looked very close and even asked Naim direct questions about his relationship with Darian. While he kept the speculations alive by refusing to answer the questions and giving a mischievous smile instead, he later mentioned in another video that he saw Darian as a sister. In the following months, Privé Crew fans noticed that Darian consistently left cute messages on almost each picture posted by another fellow group member, Jean Carlo León. However, she denied an affair by telling Tú Magazine in January 2021 that Privé's rule number 4 was "no one can fall in love with anyone". Interestingly, in April that year, instead of denying any involvement, she told the same magazine that they were taking things slow about jumping to the next level as a couple because they were wary of losing their already existing bond of friendship. They have since then confirmed their relationship and she regularly features him in her videos. The couple is affectionately mentioned as “Jearian” by their fans.
