Devyn Lundy Bio

Devyn Michelle Lundy was born on August 12, 1996, in the United States of America. She grew up along with her younger siblings, Celeste, Jeje, and Ysabel. As a young girl, Lundy was not allowed to wear makeup which made her curious about the whole process of wearing makeup. At the age of 10, she started using her mother’s makeup kit out of curiosity. Eventually, she fell in love with the idea of wearing makeup as it made her look pretty and gave her an opportunity to express her creativity.

While attending high school, she took up cosmetology classes which helped her improve her makeup skills. Apart from being passionate about makeup, Lundy was also interested in cheerleading. She did cheerleading throughout her middle and high school days and went on to train a middle school cheerleading team before graduating from high school.

After graduating from high school, she went to a beauty school named ‘Michael Vincent Academy’ in Los Angeles, California, where she got certified as a professional makeup artist. However, before starting her career as a makeup artist, Lundy worked as a sales associate at ‘Parkson.’ Though she was having fun working at ‘Parkson,’ she soon realized that working in a retail store was not her cup of tea.

Devyn Lundy started showcasing her makeup skills on social media platforms, including Twitter and Instagram. Over the years, her Instagram account has gathered thousands of followers, making her a popular social media personality. While her primary Instagram account has over 400,000 followers. Lundy created her YouTube channel on January 7, 2016. However, she refrained from posting videos in it until August 5, 2018, when she posted her first video, ‘My First Q&A Answering Your Questions.’ She then went on to post different kinds of videos, including makeup tutorials, challenges, and skin care routines.

Her channel currently has 128K subscribers. Some of the most viewed videos on her channel are ‘Return To Haunted Pizzeria,’ ‘Doing Katrina Stuart's Makeup,’ ‘How We Met Our Boyfriends,’ and ‘Doing My Boyfriend's Makeup.’ 

Devyn Lundy started dating American dancer and fellow YouTuber Corey Scherer in September 2015. Apart from appearing in her videos, Scherer also co-owns a YouTube channel along with Lundy. Their channel, ‘Corey and Devyn,’ has gathered more than 28,000 subscribers. Corey and Lundy broke up in 2019 but they got back together in 2022.

Lundy is friends with Canadian singer Katrina Stuart who is famous for posting cover songs on YouTube. Devyn Lundy has featured Stuart in some of her YouTube videos, such as ‘Doing Katrina Stuart's Makeup’ and ‘Blindfolded Makeup Challenge with Katrina Stuart.’
