Edwin Burgos has been a social media household name for over 2 years now, and since then he has only been a source of encouragement to his growing number of fans. Even though this young man is in the spotlight for his incredible sense of humor and inspiring motivational skills, the credit for Edwin’s rise on social media belongs to his mother. From a very tender age, Edwin’s mom Judy Sanchez believed that he wasn’t like any other child. There was something truly special about Edwin’s energy and charisma and Judy knew that his loving personality would one day change the course of many people’s lives. Not knowing how or when he would find his big break, Edwin’s frequent moving to different states like Alaska and North Carolina helped him see life from different perspectives. But soon enough, his big calling came knocking at his door in the form of an app called ‘YouNow’, which allows you to communicate with people from around the world. Discovering, he soon realized that he could use this portal as a means to motivate people. Edwin soon started focusing on guiding his new followers and helping them with different lows in life. Soon he met 4 other ‘YouNow’ users Zach, Rudan, Nick, and Timmy, and later came together as a group called ‘5Quad’. Their amazing chemistry as best friends and comedians soon grabbed a spot in their followers’ hearts and eventually became a movement of boys that was appreciated worldwide.

On October 10, 2016, Edwin released a video on his ‘YouTube’ channel Edtertaining, called ‘A New Chapter’ where he disclosed the fact that the group has split up. Overcome by emotions and even seen crying, Edwin shared the backstory of the split and reassured that they still remain as good friends. But now as a one-man-army of a ‘YouTube’ channel, Edwin has widened his horizons and has proved that he is more than just a man with brilliant words. With hilarious challenge videos and ridiculously funny vlogs, Edtertaining sure deserves all the hype and fame, and it is worthy of all the time spent binge-watching each video!

Edwin’s shot to fame stands as a classic example of why people that strive to build each other up should be role models for the upcoming generations. Known for never backing out of making a stranger’s rather bleak day into something filled with joy, Edwin will always be the apple of his fans’ eye for ages to come. Not only is he a famous social media star, Edwin and his previous group ‘5Quad’ has also recorded two hit singles ‘Bomb Chick’ and ‘Best Night Ever’ which were produced by a platinum-winning artist.

Edwin’s channel and vlogs became the talk of the town since the introduction of his ex-girlfriend, Kylee Renee. She was seen in most of his challenge videos and the two even uploaded vlogs under the name ‘Kedwin’. However, the couple parted ways in 2017.

Edwin Borgus was born on February 19, 1998, in Orlando, USA, to Judith and Joe Borgus. He is half Puerto Rican and half Caucasian by descent. According to Edwin, he aspires to move forward with his goal of becoming an actor that will always make people happy and will help them find joy.
