Emerson O’Dell Bio

Emerson O’Dell, better known online as Whiteboyem, is from Dunbar, West Virginia, and now stays in South Charleston. He first stepped into YouTube on September 4, 2018, though he became a social media star long after that.

In January 2023, it was revealed that he was studying at the South Charleston High School. He is also part of the South Charleston Black Eagles, the football team of his school.

Emerson first gained fame as a TikToker. His fans love him for his lip sync clips, dance videos, and the snippets he posts about his school football team.

In October 2022, one of his TikTok posts showed him on a local news channel, accompanying his football team. The video received more than 6 million views in no time. He also posted a TikTok clip set to the track Need It by Migos. His TikTok account has, over the years, garnered millions of followers.

He is also known for his engaging content on YouTube. Though he apparently stepped into YouTube in 2018, his current channel, whiteboyemily, was launched in December 2021. The channel mostly showcases life vlogs, pranks, game streams, and other content.

His debut music video, WhiteBoyEm - Right Now, a diss track, was posted on July 24, 2022. The same month, one of his YouTube videos showed him meeting YouTube star Deestroying.

Some of this best-loved videos are Q&A (AM I A FAKE ISHOWSPEED?) and ADIN ROSS REACTS TO WHITEBOYEM’S MUSIC VIDEO! Emerson later launched two more YouTube channels: WhiteBoyEm Shorts and WhiteBoyEm Live. He is also popular on Twitch, Instagram, and Twitter.

In July 2022, Emerson posted a photo that showed him holding a photo of a young girl. The caption of the photo read “girlfriend,” though nothing more is known about his love life.
