Faryal Makhdoom Bio

Faryal Makhdoom is best known as the wife of 2004 Olympic Silver Medalist and former two-time 140lb Champion of The World Boxer, Amir Khan. With over 1 million followers on Instagram, she has established her own presence in the public eye. Faryal graduated from Rutgers University School of Arts and Sciences with a double major in political science and journalism. She first met Amir through a mutual friend and the couple eventually tied the knot on May 31, 2013. Faryal and Amir welcomed their first child, a baby girl named Lamaisah, a year after their marriage, and their second daughter, Alayna, was born in April 2018. Faryal's older brother is named Mohammed Makhdoom, and the couple got engaged when she was 20 years old in January of 2012.
