FGTeeV Duddy first Joined YouTube in December 2006 and created the 'FUNnel Vision' channel, a few months after the birth of his daughter Lexi (Alexis). The channel’s name was derived from the family’s motto 'Fun 'Ol Day'. It originally started as a vlog, but later expanded to include all sorts of funny activities, involving Duddy’s family members. His first video, featuring one-year-old Alexis, was posted on August 25, 2007 with the caption 'Baby Eating Salt and Vinegar Chips! First Time Trying & Eating Reaction!' During the first few years, videos were posted very rarely on his channel, and the frequency was as low as only one video a year. Duddy became a regular YouTuber in late 2009. His 2011 video titled 'If Kids Were In Charge!', featuring his daughter Alexis and his son Mike, became one of the most popular videos on the channel. Following the birth of his second son Chase, he created a YouTube channel, specifically dedicated to his older children, Alexis and Mike. The channel was called 'TheSkylanderBoy AndGirl', and Alexis and Mike became popular as Skylander Girl and Skylander Boy, respectively. Soon, he and his wife Samantha also became known as Skylander Dad and Skylander Mom, while the whole family became popular on YouTube as the Skylander family. After 'FUNnel Vision', FGTeeV Duddy created several family-friendly YouTube channels dedicated to his children, all of which became very successful. The Skylander family's current primary channel is 'FGTeeV', which was created in May 2013 as a gaming channel. It mostly contains gameplay videos from games like 'Minecraft', 'Angry Birds', 'Mario Kart', 'Super Mario Bros', 'Plants vs Zombies', 'Pokemon Go', 'Hello Neighbor', 'Scribblenauts' and many more. 'FUNnel Vision', the family's original channel, offered a wide range of videos, including food challenges, vlogs, skits, scare cam and holiday videos. However, the channel has been discontinued, and 'TheSkylanderBoy AndGirl' has taken over content like skits, tips and tricks, funny videos, unboxing, challenges, etc. In July 2018, Duddy created another channel for such content, titled 'FV Family', which has already gained a massive following. They family also has a channel called 'DohMuchFun', which was initially created to post his kids' toy videos, but now it also contains challenge videos, among others. The channel has recently been taken over by the youngest members of the family, who often feature in its series, such as 'Chase's Corner' and 'Shawn's Circle'. While Duddy serves as the director, producer, editor and sometimes the voiceover artist for most videos documenting his 'adventures' with his family, his wife Samantha also contributes equally in the production process for the channel.

Vincent Carter is the real name of the YouTuber FGTeeV Duddy, who was born on October 29, 1974, in the United States. His parents are Tom and Jody, while his two sisters are named Heidi and Elyssa. Following Duddy’s success, his parents and sisters also became YouTubers and created a channel called 'Funkee Bunch'. It contains various types of videos, including vlogs, challenges, pranks, DIY crafts and travelogues.

Duddy is married to Samantha, who is known on their YouTube channels as Skylander Mom or simply as Mummy/Moomy/Mum/Mom. They have four children together. Their eldest child, daughter Alexis Ryan, is better known as Lex, Lexi or Skylander Girl. Their second child, son Michael, is known as Mike or Skylander Boy.
