Gnash Biography

Gnash is an American DJ, singer, songwriter, rapper, and record producer. He was born in Los Angeles to a musician father and developed an early interest in singing and song writing. He began his career in 2015, with a series of Extended Plays. He earned considerable popularity in 2016, following the release of his song ‘I Hate U, I Love U,’ which featured Olivia O’ Brien. The song was a hit and reached the top 10 on several charts, including the 10th position on the US Hot 100 and the 7th position on the UK Singles Chart. The song was also nominated for the Radio Disney Award in the ‘Best Breakup Song’ category. His single, ‘Home,’ which featured Johnny Yukon, was also a success, reaching the 76th position on the US Hot 100. Gnash has made multiple guest appearances on the musical projects by other artistes. He was featured in the EP ‘I Think You Think Too Much of Me’ by the singer Eden.
