Gracelynn Weiss Bio

Gracelynn Weiss gained popularity as part of her family YouTube channel THE WEISS LIFE, which was created on July 12, 2014, when she was less than six years old. She first appeared on the channel alongside her sisters and her father in the second video titled SUMMER FUN AT THE PARK! on July 13th. While she continued to appear in most videos on the channel with her sisters, she also occasionally featured in videos focused particularly on her, such as GRACELYNN HAS A BOO BOO! on August 14th, in which her father treated her stubbed toe, or GRACELYNN LOVES TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES! on August 16th, in which her father built for her a ‘Ninja Turtle’-themed jeep. She further appeared in the review video for the jeep the very next day. Over the years, she has featured in several birthday-themed videos on the channel that have all been very popular. She also starred in a special ‘interview’ video on March 8, 2016 titled ‘GRACELYNN'S 2016 FAVORITES’ in which his father asked her various questions about her likes and dislikes.

In November 2016, she and her family made a video in collaboration with the UK-based family vlogging channel, The Ingham family, titled FUN BOX SWAP COLLAB WITH THE INGHAM FAMILY! Alongside the family vlogging channel, Gracelynn has also been an integral part of the lifestyle channel THE WEISS GIRLS, which was created on June 19, 2017 and is shared by all the five Weiss sisters. However, the channel, which covered a range of topics including shopping hauls, DIY tutorials, challenges and more, has not been active for over two years. Gracelynn also has her own Instagram profile on which she usually posts on special occasions like birthday, new year, Christmas, Halloween, Easter, and so on. Moreover, she regularly appears in pictures and videos on the family’s Instagram and TikTok profiles.

Gracelynn Weiss’s family became involved in a controversy in mid-2019 following a heated debate between Laura Edwards, co-founder of the company Viral Talent, and actor and presenter Kevin Duala on ‘Good Morning Britain’ about ‘kidfluencers’ spending excessive time online. Shortly after the episode aired in late July 2019, Gracelynn’s parents talked to ‘Metro.co.uk’ at Summer in the City to insist that their children spend a lot less time in front of the camera compared to child actors who appear even on short commercials, for instance. Her mother Melissa further stated that they film their kids the way her father used to make home movies when she was a kid, adding that she didn’t feel there was any need for taking permissions. She went on to say that they only upload 10 minutes of a 24-hour day and avoid making controversial videos to try to become viral.

Gracelynn Rose Weiss was born on September 29, 2008 in the United States to Jeffrey and Melissa Weiss. Her parents were married the same year she was born and she is the first biological child of her parents. She is the second of six siblings and has an older sister named Gabrielle (b. September 8, 2004) from her mother’s previous relationship, three younger sisters named Gwyneth (b. June 8, 2010), Gretchen (b. April 16, 2013), and Gemma (b. May 22, 2017), and a younger brother named Jagger James (b. June 4, 2021).

In one of the videos on the channel, her father showed a couple pictures Gracelynn took with her grandmother with her Polaroid camera during a trip to San Francisco. She was diagnosed with nearsightedness in February 2021 following a visit to the optometrist, which was documented in the video GRACELYNN NEEDS GLASSES! She got contact lenses latter the same day and had to take glasses as well to see further objects better. She also has had issues with her teeth since childhood and had to make several visits to the orthodontists to fix her cavity, get a palate expander and finally braces in May 2021. She lives with her family in Sacramento, California.
