Harvey Mills Bio

The career of Harvey Mills took an upward turn when the lip-synched videos created by him, along with his twin brother, Max, on TikTok (then known as Musical.ly) started receiving applauds. The videos made them not only popular “Musers” but gave them the status of Musical.ly stars quite instantly. The first videos that earned them name and fame were mostly recorded and often live streamed by their father, Paul Mills, who just used his normal smartphone for the task. It did not take much time for the duo to earn 2.5 million followers on TikTok and they were able to do so at the age of 13.

Harvey and Max took it to YouTube in 2016 only and in short time they amassed huge following on YouTube too. Harvey started his acting career with the TV movie Double Take in the year 2012. Apart from vlogging on YouTube he has also appeared on TV commercials and shows. He also aims to take his acting career further. He has acted in a number of West End Theater productions including the Sound of Music UK Tour. His first single with Max, which came out in 2017 is also enjoying nice popularity on iTunes.

In 2018, the brothers became the first to sign with the Disney Music Group’s new record label, RMI Records. They released their single Trade Hearts in October 2018. In February 2020, Harvey and Max released their debut EP Coming Soon. In July 2019, they release their single Electric, in collaboration with Jayden Bartels. In September 2019, the duo released the single, Stranger. In 2019, the brother competed in the The X Factor: Celebrity, the special edition of British reality show, The X Factor, and came second.

In 2020, the brothers hosted a 24-hour livestream to raise money for the Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital.

Over the years Harvey Mills and Max Mills have been were nominated for many awards. These include: Muser of the Year at the 2017 Shorty Awards, Social Star at the iHeartRadio Music Awards (2018), YouTube Musician at the Shorty Awards (2019), and Favourite Social Music Star at the Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards (2019 and 2020).

In 2018, the duo won the Favorite Social Music Artist at the Radio Disney Music Awards.

Harvey Mills was born on 31 December 2002 in Berkshire, England. His parents, Sara and Paul, are a happily married couple. Harvey shares a special bond with his twin brother, Max, who is younger to him by two minutes. Apart from Max, Harvey also has two other younger siblings, Leo and Tilly.

Harvey, and his brother, Max, have always received whole hearted support from their parents in their new initiatives. It was Harvey’s father Paul who first took the initiative to record and upload the music videos of his twin sons on TikTok which worked as the first stepping stone for the duo to attain fame. He and Max have been collaborated with various musical artists, including Avicii and Bob Marley.
