Heather Dale first became interested in TikTok (earlier known as Musical.ly) when she saw one of her friends post pictures and videos of it on their own Instagram profile. She subsequently set up her own account on the app and began posting videos. Her content is pretty conventional. She often uses Snapchat filters and puts on unique outfits to lip-sync and dance to popular songs. She sometimes also incorporates cheerleading routines into her performances. Dale used to be a member of a collaborative social group called The Melanie Musers before the merger. In addition, she joined the Muser Elite Collab, which also included several other TikTok users. A crowned user, she has more than 460 thousand fans and about 20 million hearts on the app.

Dale’s username was inspired by what her teammates in the cheer squad used to call her, Malibu Barbie. She simply put Cheer and Barbie together and added 2020 at the end.
