Henning Wehn is a London-based stand-up comedian from Germany. He is known for usually employing common stereotypes about Germans. Henning was born in North Rhine-Westphalia, in Germany. He worked in customer relations, before becoming a comedian. Later he moved to the UK, and began working in the marketing department of Wycombe Wanderers. He soon began performing stand-up comedy, and earned the nickname of ‘German Comedy Ambassador in London’. He appeared on comedy panel shows such as ‘8 Out of 10 Cats’, and also ‘Have I Got News For You’. He was also seen in the ‘Room 101’, for which he earned some criticism and controversy. He was also seen in a romantic comedy film ‘One Night in Bath’ where he played a supporting character named Herman.
