InternetMikey, also known as Michael "Mikey" Allen, is a social media personality who gained fame as one half of the comedic reaction duo InternetCity, alongside his co-host Aaron Jones. The duo's rise to popularity stemmed from their infectious amusement and candid reactions to a variety of content, including viral videos, popular films, television shows, memes, and skits. Their success led them to invest in a private studio together, where they expanded into new avenues of content creation such as a gaming channel and a business and finance channel. In a November 2020 interview with Voyage Dallas, Mikey mentioned his lifelong passion for capturing his surroundings on film, which began in his youth when he enjoyed recording videos alongside playing sports. Originally intending to collaborate temporarily, Mikey and Aaron quickly formed a strong friendship and launched their shared YouTube channel in February 2020.
