The handsome and ravishing Jai Brooks is one of the most drooled over ‘Janoskians.' He has an apt dressing sense, a fetish for hats and a mischievous smile. Jai is often teased by his group for his name, but he takes it all in good light. He is very sporting, and takes on dares confidently. He is also one of the most hardworking of the lot, as even when the group isn’t recording videos, he is busy editing or making videos better. He loves staying fit, and regularly posts his pictures on Instagram.

Jai Brooks began his journey towards fame when he, along with Beau Brooks, Luke Brooks, James Yammouni, and Daniel John-Richard Sahyounie, created the Youtube channel, The Janoskians, in July 2011. The unique name stood for "Just Another Name Of Silly Kids In Another Nation." Apparently, the group created the channel for fun. However, they quickly became a Youtube sensation and amassed thousands of subscribers in just a month. Jai and the group went on to post several viral pranks and comedy videos that nearly broke the internet.

In 2012, The Janoskians were signed by Sony Music Australia and so came their first single, "Set This World on Fire." They later released several more songs in the coming years such as "Best Friends," "Real Girls Eat Cake," "LA Girl," and "Teenage Desperate." They also organized music tours which attracted massive crowds across the US and UK.

Coming to 2015, they released their first film, Janoskians Untold & Untrue. The film currently holds a 3.7 out of 10 rating on IMDb. In 2018, Jai starred in the comedy film Public Disturbance directed by Danny Lee. The film also had big-time stars like Mike Tyson, Skyler Samuels, Amber Stevens West, and Joey Lawrence, among others.

With all the limelight that Jai has acquired, it is difficult for him to stay out of the spotlight, as he is always under public and media scrutiny. Jai loves music and calls it the medicine for his soul. He loves R&B music and his favorite artists are Usher, Justin Bieber, Michael Jackson, and Bruno Mars. Jai is a sports and video game lover. He is also a food fanatic; his favorite food is lasagna and tacos. His favorite movie is ‘Step Brothers,’ and he loves the color gray. He hates spiders, and gets the shivers if he ever spots a spider!

Jai was born in Melbourne, two minutes after his twin brother, Luke. He is the youngest of three siblings. His mother, Gina Brooks, is not only his biggest fan and supporter but also his manager. She helps schedule tours and business meetings for him and accompanies him for these meetings. Jai was a bright student all through his schooling years. Jai along with his brothers dropped out of high school to concentrate on their YouTube career. During 2012 – 2013, he dated celebrity Disney star Ariana Grande, and the two had an off-and-on relationship. Sadly, they broke up in 2013, but were spotted together again in 2014, and resumed dating for a short while until they parted ways again.
