James Phelps, born as James Andrew Eric Phelps, is a British actor. He is best known for playing the role of Fred Weasley in the Harry Potter movie series. He has also done a handful of other acting projects like the short films ‘The Turn’ and ‘Hogwarts Express’ and the shows ‘Kingdom’ and ‘King of the Nerds’. Phelps has done voice work for the Harry Potter video games, such as ‘Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix’ and ‘Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 1’. On a personal note, the British artiste along with his twin brother loves travelling around the world, touring, and attending sports events. Phelps is also associated with a number of charitable organizations. He is a supporter of Teenage Cancer Trust. He and his brother once participated in a skydiving event to support Cancer Research UK. The duo once also participated in the TV show ‘Pointless Celebrities’ to earn money for charities.
