Jamie Michelle Luner is an actress who is best known for playing Lexi Sterling on the American primetime soap opera 'Melrose Place'. Her other notable performances include the roles of Liza Colby on the soap opera 'All My Children' and Peyton Richards Massick on the drama series 'Savannah'. She has also appeared in leading roles in several Lifetime movies. Luner started appearing in commercials at the age of four, and played small roles on TV during her teens, before gaining recognition for her work on the sitcom 'Just the Ten of Us'. She decided to pursue acting as a career when she won the L.A. Shakespeare Festival in the monologues’ category. The latest addition to her filmography is the 2018 TV movie ‘Deadly Runaway’, while her upcoming film ‘Tell me I love you’ is at the post-production stage. Besides acting, Luner is a professionally trained chef, who has also worked in a French restaurant. She has been physically very active right since her childhood and played football in school. She enjoys hiking and considers it to be the best workout regimen for her. She is actively involved in charity work and supports the Pediatric AIDS charity, Project Angel Food, Feed America and Music for our Seniors.

Childhood & Early Life
Jamie Luner was born on May 12, 1971 in Palo Alto, California, to Jewish parents. Her mother Susan is an actress, while her father Stuart Luner worked as a sales representative. Jamie’s parents divorced when she was three. She has an older brother called David Luner, who owns ceramic stores.
She began her career at the age of four by appearing in commercials. At the age of 15, she won the L.A. Shakespeare Festival in monologues’ category. She studied acting at the Professional Children's School in New York City.
In 1989, Luner graduated from Beverly Hills High School. She took a brief break from acting and attended a culinary school. She also worked as a chef in Drai's, a French restaurant, from 1991 to 1993.

Jamie Luner had guest appearances in several episodes of the sitcom 'Growing Pains', after which she starred in its spinoff 'Just the Ten of Us' (1988–1990) as the sexy yet scatter-brained Cindy Lubbock.
In 1993, she played a troubled teenager in 'Moment of Truth: Why My Daughter?', a television film, starring alongside Linda Gray.
She worked in several TV series, most notably in 'Married with Children' (1992), 'Diagnosis Murder' (1994) and 'Confessions of a Sorority Girl' (1994).
Luner portrayed the southern seductress Peyton Richards in the primetime soap opera 'Savannah' in 1996. In 1997, she started appearing in the main role of Lexi Sterling on the soap opera 'Melrose Place'. In 1999, she replaced Ally Walker as Rachel Burke on NBC's crime drama 'Profiler'.
In the 2000s, she had several guest appearances on TV series like 'The Outer Limits', 'CSI: Miami', 'That's Life' and the 'Dead Man Talking' episode of 'NCIS'.
In 2000, she starred alongside Michael Madsen in the feature film 'Sacrifice'. Three years later, she enacted the role of Senior Deputy Ryan Layne in Spelling’s drama series '10-8: Officers on Duty' and Dr. Savannah Bailey in Sci Fi Channel’s original movie 'Threshold'.
From 2005 to 2006, she acted in four TV movies for Lifetime Television: 'The Suspect', 'Blind Injustice', 'Stranger in my Bed' and 'The Perfect Marriage'.
