Before finding fame through TikTok, Gonzalez was active on the famous video messaging application Dubsmash, where she posted several lip-sync videos. She then started posting similar videos on TikTok. Her popularity increased when she began creating videos for songs of artists, such as Daya and Shawn Mendes. By the time she was 15 years old, she had gathered thousands of fans on TikTok. In 2016, she became part of a music video alongside popular American singer Sabrina Carpenter. In the same year, she took part in an event called ‘Muser Movement: LA’ where famous Tik Tokers performed and interacted with their fans.

Meanwhile, Jasmine Gonzalez created her YouTube channel on January 3, 2014. She then started collaborating with other YouTubers to come up with interesting content for her channel, ‘Jasminexgonzalez,’ which currently has thousands of views and subscribers.
