Jenna Frumes had her mind on show business from the time she finished High School. Her undergraduate degree was only a backup, should she not be able to achieve her goal due to some reason. She had the looks and the aptitude to become a star and was prepared to go to any length to achieve her aim in life. She started by building her portfolio on social media and soon got attention. Jena Frumes’ first big break came when she featured in American rapper, actor, and comedian Nick Cannon’s popular TV show, Wild N’ Out on MTV. In 2015, she attended the baby shower show of Wild N’ Out girl star, Brittany Dailey, and soon began moving into high society social circles. She dated Nick Cannon for a while and posted pictures of them together on her Instagram site. One of her captions on a photograph with Nick Cannon that read ‘Health is Wealth’ created quite a stir on social media. Jena Frume's ultimate aim was to get entry into movies and she did with a lead female role in the sports drama Mango & Guava, which is about a talented runner who gets disillusioned by love. In 2019, she made an appearance in the comedy series, King Bachelor's Pad. She next starred as ‘Kisha’ in the comedy-drama film ‘She Ball’ written and directed by Nick Cannon. The film holds a 3.4 out of 10 rating on IMDb. She next played the role of ‘Bunny’ in the 2021 Deon Taylor-directed horror comedy film ‘The House Next Door: Meet The Blacks 2.’ The film received a lukewarm response from critics, earning a 17% approval score on Rotten Tomatoes.

Jenna launched her self-titled Youtube channel (Jena Frumes) in November 2013. She posts vlogs, workout videos, and lifestyle content on her channel which entertains over 427k subscribers. Jena Frumes was born on September 21, 1993, in Union Beach, New Jersey, United States of America, where she was raised by her parents with her younger sister. Her stunning looks come from mixed African, French, and Native American ancestry.

After attending Scotland High School in Laurinburg, North Carolina, Jena Frumes went to North Carolina University in Durham, NC to pursue an undergraduate degree. However, her heart was bent towards show business, so she later relocated to Los Angeles to pursue a modeling career, as the exposure in Durham was limited.

Her parents were initially apprehensive about her becoming a model as they were of a conservative mindset. However, on her persistence, they gave in and began supporting her in her endeavor to become a star. Thereafter, Jenna Frumes had a 15-month affair with English footballer Jesse Lingard. Jenna ended the affair when she found that Jesse had a fling with a fan. Jenna Frumes was in a relationship with American singer Jason Derulo from March 2020 to September 2021. They welcomed a baby boy in May 2021. On September 24, 2021, Jason Derulo took to Twitter to announce that they had parted ways.

Jena Frumes loves animals and has a dog named Yoda as her best friend. Among other things, she loves eating pineapples and watermelons, enjoys boxing, and is pretty good at rhyming.
