Jenna Boyd is an American actress and model best known for her portrayal of Dot Gilkeson in Ron Howard's western-thriller film ‘The Missing’. A native of Bedford, Texas, she started her career at the early age of two after her mother entered her in a model search where she impressed an agent with her beauty and enthusiasm. After being featured in many commercials and print ads, she was cast in the children's TV show ‘Barney & Friends’ when she was just three. Her family relocated to Atlanta, Georgia, due to her father’s work commitments before moving to Los Angeles, California in order to pursue her acting career. After making a small appearance in ‘The Geena Davis Show’ in 2001, she performed in many television series and movies. Her notable film credits include ‘The Hunted’, ‘The Missing’ and ‘The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants’. In addition to acting, she is also an award-winning figure skater and even invented a skating move. The multi-talented lady is a certified Pilates trainer and a skin consultant for ‘Rodan + Fields’ as well. She is an animal lover and has a dog.
