What Makes Jenna Marbles So Special

Do we even need to tell you how unique Jenna is? Sure she’s pretty, quirky, and fun, but it is her honesty and vulnerability that makes her so endearing. As her fans know, she is the product of a broken home—just like millions of other Americans—and has been through pretty much the same stuff every youngster goes through. In addition to being a popular YouTuber, Jenna is also a businesswoman who runs a brand of dog toys called Kermie Worm & Mr. Marbles. A true blue animal-lover and the “mom” of three dogs—Mr. Marbles, Kermit, and Peach—she based the appearances of the toys upon her real dogs. Her dogs also feature prominently in some of her popular videos. The much loved celebrity also makes occasional appearances on television programs. Jenna was born and raised in Rochester, New York. Her parents divorced when she was quite young, and since then she has been close to her mother Deborah who now serves as the chief executive officer of her daughter’s business. After graduating from Brighton High School in 2004, she went to Suffolk University and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. She then proceeded to the Boston University for a Master of Education in Sport Psychology and Counseling. During high school, she met Willy whom she dated for four years before the two of them separated. She then went on to date Max Weisz for four years before breaking up in 2012. In 2013, she began dating her friend Julien Solomita who is also often featured in her videos. Jenna and Julien started the Jenna and Julien Podcast in November 2014.
